মনিরুল হক, প্রিয় শিক্ষার্থীরা, Tag Question হলো একটি ছোট প্রশ্ন, যা বাক্যের শেষে বসে। এর মাধ্যমে আমরা কোনো কথা নিশ্চিত হতে চাই।

মূল নিয়ম:

✅ বাক্যটি যদি Positive (হ্যাঁসূচক) হয়, তাহলে Tag হবে Negative (না-সূচক)।

Example:

• You are a student, aren't you?

• He plays football, doesn't he?

✅ বাক্যটি যদি Negative (না-সূচক) হয়, তাহলে Tag হবে Positive (হ্যাঁসূচক)।

Example:

• You aren't a student, are you?

• He doesn't play football, does he?

সহজ সূত্র

Positive Statement → Negative Tag

Negative Statement → Positive Tag

I am → aren't I?

মনে রাখার ট্রিক

"হ্যাঁ হলে না, না হলে হ্যাঁ।"

অর্থাৎ,

• Positive বাক্যের শেষে Negative Tag।

• Negative বাক্যের শেষে Positive Tag।

এভাবেই Tag Question-এর ৯০% প্রশ্নের উত্তর সহজে করা যায়।
