Total process done step by step involving all the students according their ability.

1. Procedure: Activities done by students(4):

 "A": Fill 3/4 part of glass with water and seal the mouth of glass or Test tube with a cork and keep it for 24 hour

 "B": Fill 3/4 part of glass with water. Keep a plant with roots and add oil to the glass and keep it for 24 hours.

 "C": Fill 3/4 part of glass with water.Keep a plant with roots and add oil and blue vitriol or ink to the glass and    

        keep it for 24 hours

 "D": Fill 1/4 part of glass with water.Keep a plant with roots and keep it for 24 hours

2. Observation & result(1):

After 24 hours, it is seen that the level of water in A is same. In B the level of water decreases and the plant is healthy. In C the level of water is also decreased but the stem and leaves has turn blue in color. In D the level of water remains same but the plant dies.
