১. এইচএসসি রেজাল্ট ২০২৬ কবে দিবে

আন্তঃশিক্ষা বোর্ডের ঘোষণা অনুযায়ী এইচএসসি ও সমমান পরীক্ষা ২০২৬-এর ফল প্রকাশিত হবে বৃহস্পতিবার, ২৯ অক্টোবর ২০২৬, সকালে। ফল প্রকাশের দিন সকাল থেকেই অনলাইনে রেজাল্ট দেখা যাবে, আর একই সঙ্গে SMS-এর মাধ্যমেও ফল জানা যাবে।

এ বছর মোট ১২,৭০,৫৮৩ জন শিক্ষার্থী এইচএসসি ও সমমান পরীক্ষায় অংশ নিয়েছে। এর মধ্যে ৯টি সাধারণ শিক্ষা বোর্ডের পরীক্ষার্থী সবচেয়ে বেশি, আর মাদ্রাসা বোর্ডের আলিম পরীক্ষায় অংশ নিয়েছে ৯২,৯০৫ জন এবং কারিগরি বোর্ডের এইচএসসি (বিএম/ভোকেশনাল) পরীক্ষায় অংশ নিয়েছে ১,০৭,৯৬৪ জন। সব বোর্ডের মধ্যে ঢাকা বোর্ডেই পরীক্ষার্থী সবচেয়ে বেশি — ৩,০০,৩৯৩ জন।

ফল প্রকাশের দিন সকালে একসঙ্গে লাখ লাখ শিক্ষার্থী ওয়েবসাইটে ঢোকার চেষ্টা করবে, তাই প্রথম দিকে সাইট ধীর হতে পারে বা খুলতে দেরি হতে পারে। এতে ঘাবড়ানোর কিছু নেই। এই পোস্টে দেওয়া প্রতিটি বিকল্প পদ্ধতি — দ্বিতীয় ওয়েবসাইট, SMS, প্রতিষ্ঠানভিত্তিক রেজাল্ট — জেনে রাখলে কোনো একটা পথ বন্ধ থাকলেও আরেকটা পথে ফল দেখে নিতে পারবেন। ফল প্রকাশের তারিখ নিয়ে বিস্তারিত তথ্য পাবেন আমাদের এইচএসসি রেজাল্ট কবে দিবে ২০২৬ পোস্টে।

২. অনলাইনে রেজাল্ট দেখার নিয়ম — educationboardresults.gov.bd

ফল দেখার সবচেয়ে নির্ভরযোগ্য অফিসিয়াল ঠিকানা হলো শিক্ষা বোর্ডের রেজাল্ট ওয়েবসাইট। এখানে রোল নম্বর ও রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর দিয়ে নিজের ফল দেখা যায়। ধাপগুলো খুব সহজ:

ধাপ ১: মোবাইল বা কম্পিউটারের ব্রাউজার থেকে educationboardresults.gov.bd ওয়েবসাইটে যান।

ধাপ ২: ফরমে Examination-এর ঘরে নিজের পরীক্ষা বেছে নিন — সাধারণ বোর্ডের শিক্ষার্থীরা HSC/Alim, মাদ্রাসা বোর্ডের শিক্ষার্থীরা Alim, আর কারিগরি বোর্ডের শিক্ষার্থীরা HSC (Vocational)/HSC (BM) অপশনটি বেছে নেবেন।

ধাপ ৩: Year-এর ঘরে 2026 লিখুন বা বেছে নিন।

ধাপ ৪: Board-এর ঘরে নিজের বোর্ডের নাম বেছে নিন — ঢাকা, রাজশাহী, কুমিল্লা, যশোর, চট্টগ্রাম, বরিশাল, সিলেট, দিনাজপুর, ময়মনসিংহ, মাদ্রাসা বা টেকনিক্যাল।

ধাপ ৫: Roll-এর ঘরে অ্যাডমিট কার্ডে লেখা রোল নম্বরটি হুবহু লিখুন, আর Registration-এর ঘরে রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বরটি লিখুন। ইংরেজি সংখ্যায় লিখবেন, বাংলায় নয়।

ধাপ ৬: নিচে একটি ছোট যোগফলের প্রশ্ন (ক্যাপচা) থাকবে, যেমন ৭ + ৫ = কত। সঠিক উত্তর লিখে Submit বোতামে ক্লিক করুন।

ধাপ ৭: পরের পাতায় আপনার নাম, রোল, বোর্ড, GPA ও গ্রেডসহ ফল দেখাবে। চাইলে পাতাটি স্ক্রিনশট নিয়ে বা প্রিন্ট করে সংরক্ষণ করুন।

এই ওয়েবসাইটে শুধু GPA ও গ্রেড দেখা যায়, বিষয়ভিত্তিক নম্বর দেখা যায় না। বিষয়ভিত্তিক নম্বরসহ পূর্ণ মার্কশিট দেখতে পরের অংশে দেওয়া eboardresults.com পদ্ধতিটি ব্যবহার করুন। ফল প্রকাশের দিন সকালে এই সাইটে চাপ বেশি থাকলে পাতা লোড হতে সময় নেবে — তখন পাতাটি রিফ্রেশ করে আবার চেষ্টা করুন, অথবা কিছুক্ষণ পর আবার ঢুকুন।

৩. eboardresults.com — নম্বরসহ মার্কশিট দেখার নিয়ম

বিষয়ভিত্তিক নম্বরসহ পুরো মার্কশিট দেখতে চাইলে শিক্ষা বোর্ডের ওয়েব-ভিত্তিক রেজাল্ট সাইটটি ব্যবহার করুন। এখানে একজনের ফল যেমন দেখা যায়, তেমনি পুরো প্রতিষ্ঠানের ফলও দেখা যায়।

ধাপ ১: ব্রাউজার থেকে eboardresults.com ওয়েবসাইটে যান।

ধাপ ২: Examination-এর ঘরে HSC/Alim, Year-এ 2026 এবং Board-এর ঘরে নিজের বোর্ড বেছে নিন।

ধাপ ৩: Result Type-এ Individual Result বেছে নিন।

ধাপ ৪: Roll-এর ঘরে রোল নম্বর লিখুন। শুধু GPA দেখতে রোল নম্বরই যথেষ্ট। তবে বিষয়ভিত্তিক নম্বরসহ মার্কশিট দেখতে Registration Number-ও দিতে হয়।

ধাপ ৫: নিচের নিরাপত্তা প্রশ্নের (ক্যাপচা) উত্তর দিয়ে View Result বোতামে ক্লিক করুন।

ধাপ ৬: পরের পাতায় প্রতিটি বিষয়ের প্রাপ্ত নম্বর, গ্রেড, গ্রেড পয়েন্ট ও মোট GPA-সহ পূর্ণ মার্কশিট দেখাবে।

৪. SMS-এ এইচএসসি রেজাল্ট দেখার নিয়ম

ইন্টারনেট না থাকলে বা ওয়েবসাইট না খুললে SMS-ই সবচেয়ে সহজ উপায়। যেকোনো মোবাইল ফোন থেকে, যেকোনো অপারেটরের সিম দিয়ে একটি SMS পাঠালেই ফিরতি SMS-এ GPA-সহ ফল জানিয়ে দেওয়া হয়।

SMS লেখার নিয়ম:

এই মেসেজটি পাঠাতে হবে 16140 নম্বরে।

উদাহরণ: ঢাকা বোর্ডের কোনো শিক্ষার্থীর রোল নম্বর 123456 হলে তাকে লিখতে হবে `HSC DHA 123456 2026` এবং পাঠাতে হবে 16140 নম্বরে। ফিরতি SMS-এ ওই শিক্ষার্থীর নাম, বোর্ড, GPA ও গ্রেড জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।

১১টি বোর্ডের SMS কোড:

SMS পাঠানোর সময় যেসব বিষয় খেয়াল রাখবেন:

• বোর্ডের কোড, রোল নম্বর ও সালের মাঝে একটি করে স্পেস (ফাঁকা জায়গা) দিতে হবে, আর সব অক্ষর ইংরেজিতে লিখতে হবে।

• ভুল বোর্ড কোড লিখলে ফল আসবে না বা ভুল তথ্য আসতে পারে — অ্যাডমিট কার্ড দেখে নিজের বোর্ড মিলিয়ে নিন।

• ফল প্রকাশের দিন সকালে একসঙ্গে লাখ লাখ SMS গেলে ফিরতি SMS আসতে কিছুটা দেরি হতে পারে। কিছুক্ষণ অপেক্ষা করুন, তারপর প্রয়োজনে আবার পাঠান।

• SMS পাঠানোর আগে মোবাইলে পর্যাপ্ত ব্যালেন্স আছে কিনা দেখে নিন।

• ফল প্রকাশের আগের দিন SMS পাঠিয়ে রাখলে কাজ হবে না — ফল প্রকাশের পরই SMS-এর উত্তর আসবে।

৫. অ্যাপ ও অন্যান্য উপায়ে রেজাল্ট দেখা

ওয়েবসাইট ও SMS ছাড়াও ফল জানার আরও কয়েকটি পথ আছে। তবে মনে রাখবেন, ফলের মূল উৎস সবসময় শিক্ষা বোর্ডের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট — অন্য যেকোনো মাধ্যম থেকে ফল দেখলেও শেষ পর্যন্ত অফিসিয়াল সাইটে মিলিয়ে নেওয়াই নিরাপদ।

• নিজের বোর্ডের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট: প্রতিটি শিক্ষা বোর্ড ফল প্রকাশের দিন নিজের ওয়েবসাইটে ফল দেখার লিংক ও নোটিশ প্রকাশ করে। ঢাকা, রাজশাহী, কুমিল্লা, যশোর, চট্টগ্রাম, বরিশাল, সিলেট, দিনাজপুর, ময়মনসিংহ, মাদ্রাসা ও কারিগরি — সব বোর্ডের ওয়েবসাইটের ঠিকানা এই পোস্টের ৮ নম্বর অংশের তালিকায় দেওয়া হয়েছে।

• মোবাইল অ্যাপ: গুগল প্লে স্টোরে শিক্ষা বোর্ডের ফল দেখার অ্যাপও রয়েছে। অ্যাপে রোল ও রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর দিয়ে ওয়েবসাইটের মতোই ফল দেখা যায়। তবে অ্যাপ ডাউনলোড করার সময় দেখে নিন সেটি আসলেই শিক্ষা বোর্ডের অফিসিয়াল অ্যাপ কিনা — অচেনা অ্যাপে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য দেওয়া নিরাপদ নয়।

• কলেজের নোটিশ বোর্ড ও ওয়েবসাইট: অনেক কলেজ ফল প্রকাশের দিন নিজেদের নোটিশ বোর্ডে ও ওয়েবসাইটে শিক্ষার্থীদের ফল প্রকাশ করে। নিজের কলেজের ওয়েবসাইটে খোঁজ নিলেও ফল পেয়ে যেতে পারেন।

• সংবাদমাধ্যমের রেজাল্ট পাতা: ফল প্রকাশের দিন বিভিন্ন সংবাদমাধ্যম তাদের ওয়েবসাইটে রেজাল্ট দেখার ব্যবস্থা রাখে। তবে এগুলো মূল উৎস নয় — অফিসিয়াল সাইটের ফলই চূড়ান্ত।

৬. মার্কশিটসহ রেজাল্ট দেখা ও PDF ডাউনলোড করার নিয়ম

শুধু GPA জানলেই অনেকের কাজ শেষ হয় না — কোন বিষয়ে কত নম্বর পেলেন, সেটা জানতে মার্কশিট দেখতে হয়। ভর্তি আবেদন, বোর্ড চ্যালেঞ্জ বা নিজের প্রস্তুতি যাচাই — সব কাজেই বিষয়ভিত্তিক নম্বর দরকার হয়।

নম্বরসহ মার্কশিট দেখার ধাপ:

ধাপ ১: eboardresults.com ওয়েবসাইটে গিয়ে Examination-এ HSC/Alim, Year-এ 2026, Board-এ নিজের বোর্ড বেছে নিন।

ধাপ ২: Result Type-এ Individual Result বেছে নিয়ে Roll ও Registration Number — দুটোই লিখুন।

ধাপ ৩: View Result-এ ক্লিক করলে প্রতিটি বিষয়ের নাম, বিষয় কোড, প্রাপ্ত নম্বর, গ্রেড ও গ্রেড পয়েন্টসহ পূর্ণ মার্কশিট দেখাবে।

ধাপ ৪: মার্কশিটে প্রতিটি বিষয়ের পাশে লেখা নম্বর মিলিয়ে দেখুন — কোন বিষয়ে প্রত্যাশার চেয়ে কম নম্বর এসেছে, সেটা এখান থেকেই বোঝা যাবে।

মার্কশিট PDF হিসেবে ডাউনলোড করার নিয়ম:

কম্পিউটারে মার্কশিটের পাতাটি খোলা থাকা অবস্থায় কিবোর্ডে Ctrl + P চাপুন (ম্যাক হলে Cmd + P)। প্রিন্টের উইন্ডোতে প্রিন্টারের জায়গায় Save as PDF বেছে নিয়ে Save করুন — মার্কশিটটি PDF ফাইল হিসেবে কম্পিউটারে সংরক্ষিত হবে।

মোবাইলে মার্কশিটের পাতা খুলে ব্রাউজারের মেনু থেকে Share বা Print অপশনে গিয়ে Save as PDF বেছে নিলে PDF ডাউনলোড হবে। কিছু মোবাইল ব্রাউজারে প্রিন্ট অপশন সরাসরি মেনুতেই থাকে।

মার্কশিট পড়ার সময় যেসব ঘর দেখবেন:

• Subject Code ও Subject Name: বিষয়ের কোড ও নাম — অ্যাডমিট কার্ডের সঙ্গে মিলিয়ে দেখুন সব বিষয় ঠিক আছে কিনা।

• Obtained Marks: প্রতিটি বিষয়ে আপনার প্রাপ্ত নম্বর।

• Grade ও Grade Point: প্রতিটি বিষয়ের লেটার গ্রেড (A+, A, A− ইত্যাদি) ও তার পয়েন্ট।

• GPA: সব বিষয়ের হিসাব মিলিয়ে আপনার মোট GPA। GPA কীভাবে হিসাব হয়, তা ৯ নম্বর অংশে উদাহরণসহ দেওয়া হয়েছে।

একটা বিষয় মনে রাখবেন — অনলাইনে দেখা মার্কশিট সাময়িক ফলাফলের জন্য যথেষ্ট হলেও ভর্তি বা অফিসিয়াল কাজে সাধারণত কলেজ থেকে দেওয়া মূল নম্বরপত্র (একাডেমিক ট্রান্সক্রিপ্ট) দরকার হয়। ফল প্রকাশের কিছুদিন পর কলেজ থেকে মূল সনদ ও নম্বরপত্র সংগ্রহ করা যায়।

৭. প্রতিষ্ঠানের পুরো রেজাল্ট দেখার নিয়ম (EIIN দিয়ে)

একজন শিক্ষার্থীর ফল নয়, পুরো কলেজ বা মাদ্রাসার সবার ফল একসঙ্গে দেখতে চাইলে Institution Result পদ্ধতিটি ব্যবহার করুন। শিক্ষক, অভিভাবক ও প্রতিষ্ঠান কর্তৃপক্ষের জন্য এই পদ্ধতিটি সবচেয়ে কাজের।

ধাপ ১: eboardresults.com ওয়েবসাইটে গিয়ে Examination, Year (2026) ও Board বেছে নিন।

ধাপ ২: Result Type-এ Institution Result বেছে নিন।

ধাপ ৩: EIIN-এর ঘরে প্রতিষ্ঠানের EIIN নম্বরটি লিখুন। EIIN হলো প্রতিটি শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানের আলাদা পরিচয় নম্বর — এটি কলেজের অফিস, নোটিশ বোর্ড বা কলেজের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে জানা যায়।

ধাপ ৪: View Result-এ ক্লিক করলে ওই প্রতিষ্ঠানের সব শিক্ষার্থীর রোল, নাম ও GPA-সহ পুরো ফল তালিকা দেখাবে।

এই তালিকা থেকে এক নজরে বোঝা যায় প্রতিষ্ঠানের মোট কতজন পাশ করেছে, কতজন GPA ৫.০০ পেয়েছে, আর কার ফল কেমন হয়েছে।

৮. ১১টি বোর্ডের এইচএসসি রেজাল্ট ২০২৬ — এক নজরে

এইচএসসি ও সমমান পরীক্ষা মোট ১১টি বোর্ডের অধীনে হয়। প্রতিটি বোর্ডের পরীক্ষার্থীর সংখ্যা, SMS কোড, গত বছরের (২০২৫) পাসের হার ও অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট নিচের তালিকায় দেওয়া হলো। নিজের বোর্ডের সারিটি দেখে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য এক জায়গায় পেয়ে যাবেন।

কয়েকটি কথা আলাদা করে মনে রাখা ভালো। ঢাকা বোর্ড সবচেয়ে বড় — এখানকার পরীক্ষার্থী ৩ লাখের বেশি, যা মোট পরীক্ষার্থীর প্রায় এক-চতুর্থাংশ। মাদ্রাসা বোর্ডের আলিম পরীক্ষায় গত বছর পাসের হার ছিল সবচেয়ে বেশি, ৭৫.৬১%। আর চট্টগ্রাম বোর্ডে এ বছর বন্যার কারণে লিখিত পরীক্ষা পিছিয়ে গিয়েছিল, সেখানকার পরীক্ষা ৯ সেপ্টেম্বর শেষ হয়েছে। সব বোর্ডের ফল একই দিনে, ২৯ অক্টোবর, প্রকাশিত হবে — আলাদা বোর্ডের ফল আলাদা দিনে আসবে না।

৯. গ্রেডিং সিস্টেম ও GPA হিসাবের নিয়ম

রেজাল্ট দেখার পর সবচেয়ে বেশি যে প্রশ্নটি আসে, তা হলো — GPA কীভাবে হিসাব হলো। নিচে গ্রেডের তালিকা ও হিসাবের নিয়মটি উদাহরণসহ দেওয়া হলো।

গ্রেড ও গ্রেড পয়েন্টের তালিকা:

GPA হিসাবের সূত্র:

GPA হিসাব হয় ৬টি মূল বিষয়ের গ্রেড পয়েন্টের যোগফলকে ৬ দিয়ে ভাগ করে, তার সঙ্গে ৪র্থ বিষয় (ঐচ্ছিক বিষয়) থেকে পাওয়া অতিরিক্ত পয়েন্ট যোগ করে। ৪র্থ বিষয়ের নিয়মটি হলো — ওই বিষয়ে ২.০০ পয়েন্টের বেশি যা পাবেন, শুধু সেই অতিরিক্ত অংশটুকুই GPA-তে যোগ হয়। যেমন ৪র্থ বিষয়ে A+ (৫.০০) পেলে অতিরিক্ত পয়েন্ট হবে ৫.০০ − ২.০০ = ৩.০০।

সূত্রটি লিখলে দাঁড়ায়:

GPA = (৬টি মূল বিষয়ের গ্রেড পয়েন্টের যোগফল + ৪র্থ বিষয়ের অতিরিক্ত পয়েন্ট) ÷ ৬

কাজ করা উদাহরণ:

ধরা যাক, একজন বিজ্ঞান বিভাগের শিক্ষার্থীর ফল এরকম —

এবার হিসাব করি। ৬টি মূল বিষয়ের পয়েন্টের যোগফল = ৪.০০ + ৩.৫০ + ৫.০০ + ৪.০০ + ৪.০০ + ৩.০০ = ২৩.৫০। ৪র্থ বিষয়ে পাওয়া পয়েন্ট ৫.০০, তার অতিরিক্ত অংশ = ৫.০০ − ২.০০ = ৩.০০। মোট পয়েন্ট = ২৩.৫০ + ৩.০০ = ২৬.৫০। এবার ৬ দিয়ে ভাগ করলে GPA = ২৬.৫০ ÷ ৬ = ৪.৪২।

তাহলে এই শিক্ষার্থীর GPA হবে ৪.৪২।

GPA নিয়ে আরও কয়েকটি জরুরি নিয়ম:

• ৬টি মূল বিষয়ের কোনো একটিতে F (ফেল) এলে পুরো ফলই F হয়, অর্থাৎ GPA আসে না — অন্য বিষয়ে যত ভালো ফলই হোক না কেন।

• ৪র্থ বিষয়ে F পেলেও মূল ফল ফেল হয় না — অন্য ৬টি বিষয়ে পাস করলে ফল পাস হিসেবেই আসে। তবে সেক্ষেত্রে ৪র্থ বিষয় থেকে কোনো অতিরিক্ত পয়েন্ট যোগ হয় না।

• GPA ৫.০০ পেতে হলে হিসাবের মোট পয়েন্ট হতে হয় ৩০ — অর্থাৎ ৬টি বিষয়ের পয়েন্ট আর ৪র্থ বিষয়ের অতিরিক্ত পয়েন্ট মিলিয়ে ৩০। তাই ৪র্থ বিষয়ে ভালো ফল করলে মূল বিষয়ের একটি-দুটি গ্রেড একটু কম হলেও GPA ৫.০০ আসা সম্ভব।

• নিজের GPA নিজে হিসাব করে মার্কশিটের GPA-র সঙ্গে মিলিয়ে নিন — দুটো না মিললে সেটা বোর্ড চ্যালেঞ্জ বা যাচাইয়ের একটি কারণ হতে পারে।

১০. রেজাল্টের পর যা করবেন

ফল দেখার পরের ধাপগুলো ফলের ধরন অনুযায়ী আলাদা হয়। যেমন ফলই হোক, পরের কাজগুলো ঠান্ডা মাথায়, ধাপে ধাপে করুন।

ফল ভালো হলে:

• প্রথমে নিজের মার্কশিটটি PDF হিসেবে ডাউনলোড করে সংরক্ষণ করুন, আর একটি প্রিন্ট কপি নিজের কাছে রাখুন।

• বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ভর্তি পরীক্ষার প্রস্তুতি শুরু করুন — ফল প্রকাশের পর ভর্তি পরীক্ষার প্রক্রিয়া দ্রুত এগোতে থাকে, তাই দেরি না করে ভর্তি-সংক্রান্ত নোটিশগুলোর দিকে নজর রাখুন।

• এক বা দুই বিষয়ে ফেল করলে হতাশ হবেন না — পরবর্তী করণীয় সম্পর্কে কলেজের শিক্ষকদের সঙ্গে কথা বলুন, আর বোর্ডের নোটিশে চোখ রাখুন।

সব শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য:

• নিজের রোল ও রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর সংরক্ষণে রাখুন — ভর্তি আবেদনসহ পরের সব কাজে এই দুটি নম্বর বারবার দরকার হবে।

১১. রেজাল্ট দেখতে সমস্যা হলে যা করবেন

ফল প্রকাশের দিন সবার একই সমস্যা হয় — সাইট খুলছে না, SMS-এর উত্তর আসছে না, নম্বর মিলছে না। নিচের সমস্যাগুলো আর তাদের সমাধান জেনে রাখলে ফল দেখা সহজ হবে।

ওয়েবসাইট খুলছে না বা খুব ধীর: ফল প্রকাশের দিন সকালে একসঙ্গে লাখ লাখ মানুষ ওয়েবসাইটে ঢোকে বলে সাইট ধীর হয় বা কিছুক্ষণের জন্য বন্ধ হয়ে যায়। কিছুক্ষণ অপেক্ষা করে আবার চেষ্টা করুন। এক ওয়েবসাইট না খুললে অন্য ওয়েবসাইটটি চেষ্টা করুন — educationboardresults.gov.bd না খুললে eboardresults.com-এ যান, অথবা উল্টোটা করুন। প্রয়োজনে SMS পদ্ধতিটি ব্যবহার করুন।

"Result Not Found" বা ফল পাওয়া যাচ্ছে না: প্রথমে দেখুন Year-এর ঘরে 2026 লেখা আছে কিনা, Board সঠিক বেছে নিয়েছেন কিনা, আর রোল নম্বরটি অ্যাডমিট কার্ডের সঙ্গে হুবহু মিলছে কিনা। ইংরেজি সংখ্যা ব্যবহার করেছেন কিনা তাও দেখুন — বাংলা সংখ্যা লিখলে ফল আসবে না।

ভুল রোল বা রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর: অ্যাডমিট কার্ড হাতে নিয়ে আবার লিখুন। রোল নম্বরের আগে-পরে কোনো স্পেস বা বাড়তি শূন্য যেন না থাকে। রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বরটি অ্যাডমিট কার্ডের নিচের অংশে থাকে — সেটি মিলিয়ে নিন।

The HSC and equivalent examinations are over, and now every student and parent has the same two questions — when will the result be published, and how do I check it? This guide answers both, completely. It covers every way to check the result: online, by SMS, with marksheet, as a PDF download, by institution, for all 11 boards, plus the grading system, the GPA formula with a worked example, what to do after the result, and solutions to the most common problems. HSC Result 2026 at a Glance

1. HSC Result 2026 Date

According to the announcement of the Inter-Education Board, the HSC and equivalent examination results for 2026 will be published on Thursday, 29 October 2026, in the morning. The result will be available online from the morning of that day, and it can also be checked by SMS at the same time.

A total of 1,270,583 students sat for the HSC and equivalent examinations this year. Among them, 92,905 students took the Alim examination under the Madrasah Board, and 107,964 students took the HSC (BM/Vocational) examination under the Technical Board. Dhaka Board has the largest number of candidates — 300,393 students.

On result morning, lakhs of students will try to open the websites at the same time, so the sites may load slowly at first. There is no reason to worry. This guide gives you every alternative method — a second website, SMS, and the institution-wise result — so that if one way is blocked, another way will get you your result. 2. How to Check HSC Result Online — educationboardresults.gov.bd

The most reliable official address for checking the result is the education board result website. You need your roll number and registration number. The steps are simple:

Step 1: From your mobile or computer browser, go to educationboardresults.gov.bd.

Step 2: In the form, select your examination — HSC/Alim for general board students, Alim for Madrasah Board students, and HSC (Vocational)/HSC (BM) for Technical Board students.

Step 3: Select 2026 in the Year field.

Step 4: Select your board — Dhaka, Rajshahi, Cumilla, Jashore, Chattogram, Barishal, Sylhet, Dinajpur, Mymensingh, Madrasah or Technical.

Step 5: Enter your roll number exactly as written on your admit card in the Roll field, and your registration number in the Registration field. Use English digits, not Bengali digits.

Step 6: Answer the small addition question (captcha) at the bottom, for example 7 + 5, and click Submit.

Step 7: The next page will show your name, roll, board, GPA and grade. Take a screenshot or print the page to keep a copy.

This website shows only your GPA and grade, not the subject-wise marks. To see the full marksheet with subject-wise marks, use the eboardresults.com method in the next section. If the site is slow on result morning, refresh the page and try again, or wait a while and come back.

3. eboardresults.com — Result with Marksheet

If you want the full marksheet with subject-wise marks, use the board's web-based result site. Here you can check one student's result, and also the whole institution's result.

Step 1: Go to eboardresults.com from your browser.

Step 2: Select HSC/Alim as the Examination, 2026 as the Year, and your board.

Step 3: Select Individual Result as the Result Type.

Step 4: Enter your roll number. The roll number alone is enough to see the GPA, but to see the marksheet with subject-wise marks you also need to enter the Registration Number.

Step 5: Answer the security question (captcha) and click View Result.

Step 6: The next page will show the full marksheet — the marks obtained in each subject, the grade, the grade point and the total GPA.

4. How to Check HSC Result by SMS

If you have no internet, or the website does not open, SMS is the easiest way. From any mobile phone, on any operator's SIM, send one SMS and the reply will give you the result with GPA.

Example: If a Dhaka Board student's roll number is 123456, they should write `HSC DHA 123456 2026` and send it to 16140 . The reply SMS will give the student's name, board, GPA and grade.

Things to remember when sending the SMS:

• Put one space between the board code, the roll number and the year, and write everything in English.

• A wrong board code will give no result or a wrong result — check your board on your admit card first.

• On result morning, lakhs of SMS go at once, so the reply may take a while. Wait a few minutes, then send again if needed.

• Make sure your mobile has enough balance before sending the SMS.

• Sending the SMS before the result is published will not work — the reply comes only after publication.

5. App and Other Ways to Check the Result

Besides the websites and SMS, there are a few more ways to know the result. But remember — the main source of the result is always the education board's official website. Whatever other channel you use, it is safest to cross-check the result on the official site at the end.

• Your own board's official website: Every education board publishes a result link and a notice on its own website on result day. The website addresses of all 11 boards are listed in section 8 of this guide.

• Mobile app: The Google Play Store also has apps for checking education board results. You can check the result in the app with your roll and registration number, just like on the website. But when downloading an app, check that it is really the education board's official app — giving personal information to an unknown app is not safe.

• College notice board and website: Many colleges publish their students' results on their notice boards and websites on result day. You may find your result on your own college's website too.

• Newspaper result pages: On result day, many news outlets keep a result-checking facility on their websites. But these are not the main source — the official site's result is final.

6. Result with Marksheet and PDF Download

Knowing only the GPA is not enough for many students — you need to see how many marks you got in each subject. The subject-wise marks are needed for admission applications, board challenge, and checking your own preparation.

Steps to see the marksheet with marks:

Step 1: Go to eboardresults.com and select HSC/Alim as the Examination, 2026 as the Year, and your board.

Step 2: Select Individual Result and enter both your Roll and Registration Number.

Step 3: Click View Result — the full marksheet will show, with each subject's name, subject code, marks obtained, grade and grade point.

Step 4: Match the marks in the marksheet — you can see at once which subject gave you fewer marks than you expected.

How to download the marksheet as a PDF:

On a computer, with the marksheet page open, press Ctrl + P on the keyboard (Cmd + P on a Mac). In the print window, select Save as PDF in place of the printer and click Save — the marksheet will be saved on your computer as a PDF file.

On a mobile, open the marksheet page, go to Share or Print from the browser menu, and select Save as PDF to download the PDF. Some mobile browsers show the print option directly in the menu.

What to look for when reading the marksheet:

• Subject Code and Subject Name: Match them with your admit card and check that all subjects are correct.

• Obtained Marks: The marks you got in each subject.

• Grade and Grade Point: The letter grade (A+, A, A− and so on) and its point for each subject.

• GPA: Your total GPA from all subjects. How the GPA is calculated is explained with an example in section 9.

One thing to remember — the online marksheet is enough for checking your result, but for admission or other official work you usually need the original marksheet (academic transcript) issued by your college. The original certificate and transcript can be collected from the college a few days after the result is published.

7. Institution Result (By EIIN)

If you want to see the whole college's or madrasah's results together, instead of one student's result, use the Institution Result method. It is most useful for teachers, parents and institution authorities.

Step 1: Go to eboardresults.com and select the Examination, Year (2026) and Board.

Step 2: Select Institution Result as the Result Type.

Step 3: Enter the institution's EIIN number in the EIIN field. EIIN is the separate identity number of each educational institution — it can be found from the college office, notice board or the college website.

Step 4: Click View Result — the full result list of that institution will show, with every student's roll, name and GPA.

From this list you can see at a glance how many students of the institution passed, how many got GPA 5.00, and how each student's result was.

8. HSC Result 2026 for All 11 Boards at a Glance

The HSC and equivalent examinations are held under 11 boards. The table below gives each board's number of candidates, SMS code, last year's (2025) pass rate and official website. Find your board's row and you will have all the information you need in one place.

A few points are worth remembering separately. Dhaka Board is the largest — its candidates number more than 300,000, about one-fourth of all candidates. The Madrasah Board's Alim examination had the highest pass rate last year, 75.61%. And in Chattogram Board, the written examinations were delayed by floods this year, and the examinations ended on 9 September. The results of all boards will be published on the same day, 29 October — no board's result will come on a different day.

9. Grading System and GPA Calculation

After seeing the result, the most common question is — how was the GPA calculated? The grade table and the calculation rule are given below with an example.

GPA formula:

The GPA is calculated by dividing the sum of the grade points of the 6 main subjects by 6, adding the extra points earned from the 4th subject (optional subject). The rule for the 4th subject is — only the part above 2.00 points is added to the GPA. For example, if you get A+ (5.00) in the 4th subject, the extra points will be 5.00 − 2.00 = 3.00.

Written as a formula:

GPA = (Sum of grade points of the 6 main subjects + Extra points from the 4th subject) ÷ 6

Worked example:

Suppose a science student got these results —

Now let us calculate. The sum of the 6 main subjects = 4.00 + 3.50 + 5.00 + 4.00 + 4.00 + 3.00 = 23.50. The 4th subject gave 5.00 points, so its extra part = 5.00 − 2.00 = 3.00. Total points = 23.50 + 3.00 = 26.50. Dividing by 6, GPA = 26.50 ÷ 6 = 4.42.

So this student's GPA will be 4.42.

A few more important rules about GPA:

• If you fail (F) in any one of the 6 main subjects, the whole result is F and no GPA is given — no matter how good the other subjects are.

• Failing the 4th subject does not fail the whole result — if you pass the other 6 subjects, the result stands as a pass. But in that case no extra points are added from the 4th subject.

• To get GPA 5.00, the total counted points must be 30 — the points of the 6 subjects plus the extra points from the 4th subject together. So a good result in the 4th subject can make GPA 5.00 possible even if one or two grades in the main subjects are slightly lower.

• Calculate your own GPA and match it with the GPA on the marksheet — if the two do not match, it can be a reason for a board challenge or verification.

10. What to Do After the Result

The next steps depend on what the result is. Whatever the result, take the next steps calmly, one by one.

If the result is good:

• First, download your marksheet as a PDF and save it, and keep a printed copy with you.

• Start preparing for university admission tests — the admission process moves quickly after the result is published, so do not delay, and keep an eye on the admission notices.

• A few days after the result, collect the original certificate and marksheet (academic transcript) from your college — they will be needed for admission and other official work.

If the result is not as expected:

• First, look at the marksheet and check — in which subject did you get fewer marks than expected, and is your doubt about that subject reasonable?

• If you have an objection to the result in any subject, there is a chance to apply for a board challenge (re-scrutiny). The fee is ৳150 per paper. The application deadline, application method and other rules will be announced in the education board's notice after the result is published. • If you failed in one or two subjects, do not lose heart — talk to your college teachers about what to do next, and keep an eye on the board's notices.

For all students:

• Keep your roll and registration numbers saved — these two numbers will be needed again and again in all the work that follows, including admission applications.

• Do not pay attention to any fake news or rumours about the result — for information on the result, board challenge and admission, always trust the education board's official notices.

11. Troubleshooting — Problems While Checking the Result

On result day, everyone faces the same problems — the site does not open, the SMS reply does not come, the numbers do not match. Knowing the problems and their solutions below will make checking the result easier.

Website does not open or is very slow: On result morning, lakhs of people open the website at once, so the site becomes slow or stops for a while. Wait a while and try again. If one website does not open, try the other one — if educationboardresults.gov.bd does not open, go to eboardresults.com, or the other way round. If needed, use the SMS method.

"Result Not Found": First check whether the Year field has 2026, whether you selected the correct Board, and whether the roll number matches your admit card exactly. Also check that you used English digits — Bengali digits will not return a result.

Wrong roll or registration number: Take your admit card in hand and type again. Make sure there is no space or extra zero before or after the roll number. The registration number is in the lower part of the admit card — match it.

Sent the SMS, no reply came: First match the message format — like `HSC DHA 123456 2026`, with spaces between the board code, roll and year, and sent to 16140 . At result time the reply SMS may be delayed — wait a while and send once more. Also check that your mobile has balance.

A subject's marks are not showing on the marksheet, or the page is blank: This can happen because of old data in the browser. Refresh the browser, or try another browser. On a mobile, turn on desktop mode and try.

Marksheet PDF is not downloading: Check whether you selected Save as PDF in place of the printer in the print window. If it does not download directly on a mobile, try from a computer or laptop.

Q: When will the HSC Result 2026 be published?

A: The result will be published on Thursday, 29 October 2026, in the morning. The results of all 11 boards will be published together on the same day.

Q: Which is the official website to check the HSC result?

A: There are two official websites — educationboardresults.gov.bd and eboardresults.com. The first shows the GPA and grade, the second shows the full marksheet with subject-wise marks.

Q: Can I check the result with only the roll number?

A: Yes. On eboardresults.com, the roll number alone is enough to see the GPA under Individual Result. But educationboardresults.gov.bd needs the registration number too, and you need both numbers to see the marksheet with marks.

Q: How do I check the result by SMS?

A: Go to the message option of your mobile and write `HSC <board code> <roll> 2026` and send it to 16140 . For example, for Dhaka Board: `HSC DHA 123456 2026`. The list of board codes is in section 4 of this guide.

Q: How do I check the Alim (Madrasah Board) result?

A: In the same way — select Alim as the Examination on the website, and use MAD as the board code in the SMS, for example `HSC MAD 123456 2026`.

A: Add the grade points of the 6 main subjects to the extra points from the 4th subject (the part above 2.00), and divide by 6. The full calculation with an example is in section 9 of this guide.

Q: How are the 4th subject's marks added to the GPA?

A: Only the part of the 4th subject's points above 2.00 is added. For example, A+ (5.00) in the 4th subject adds 3.00 points. Failing the 4th subject does not fail the whole result, but then no points are added from it.

Q: What happens if I fail in one subject?

A: If you fail in any one of the 6 main subjects, the whole result is F and no GPA is given. But failing the 4th subject does not fail the whole result.

Q: How do I apply for a board challenge?

A: If you have an objection to the result, you can apply for a board challenge (re-scrutiny). The fee is ৳150 per paper. The application deadline and method will be announced in the board's notice after the result is published — our detailed application guide will be published after that notice.

Q: How do I see the whole institution's result?

A: On eboardresults.com, select Institution Result as the Result Type and enter the institution's EIIN number — the results of all students of that institution will show together.

Q: What do I do if there is a mistake in my name or information on the result?

A: If there is a mistake in your name, roll or any other information on the result, contact your college office — the correction application to the board has to be made through the college.
